Biography:

George Evans was a painter from Illinois. He exhibited at the Salons of America, New York which was in existence from 1922 until 1934 and the Art Institute of Chicago. He was also an active member of the Palette and Chisel Club of Chicago, founded in 1895 and continuing today.
